Graham Riley

- Founding Director of ARC Energy and was a non- executive director of Adelphi Energy.
- Legal qualified practitioner having joined the commercial law firm of Downing & Downing in 1976 and was admitted as a partner the following year. After 10 years legal practice in this capacity he resigned to pursue his growing interests in the resources and exploration sector.
- Graham has been responsible for the foundation and growth of a number of petroleum and mining companies and is currently Chairman of Giralia Resources, a diversified mining and exploration company which has been responsible for the spin-off of five independently listed commodity-specific explorers from the extensive project book it had built over recent years.
- Graham holds private petroleum interests in the US and has had a prior association with petroleum exploration in the Canning Basin.

- Over 37 years experience in petroleum geology and geophysics, petroleum exploration and production company management.
- Founding Director of Buru.
- Track record of generating value from start-up E&P companies, most recently as the Managing Director of ARC Energy.

Hon. Peter Jones A.M.
- Over 30 years involvement in the Western Australian resources sector across both business and government.
- Member of the Western Australian Parliament from 1974 to 1986. During that period Peter held several senior ministerial portfolios including serving as Minister for Resources Development, Mines, Fuel and Energy.
- Since leaving Parliament Peter has been actively involved in business serving as a non-executive Director and Chairman of a number of listed companies.
- Peter has also been involved in various government bodies, including holding the role of Chairman of both the Australian Defence Housing Authority and the Water Corporation of Western Australia.
