Buru Energy Sponsors PPE for Tafe Students

To ensure compliance with State occupational health and safety legislation and regulations to eliminate or control hazards in the workplace, Tafe students in the Kimberley are now required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for many courses.

Recognising the need for training in the regional workforce, and the financial cost that these requirements could impose on students, Buru Energy was more than happy to provide PPE to assist local students comply with the new PPE requirements. 

Buru Energy believes that it is important to have a skilled local workforce and has been able to source 100% of its workforce for its Kimberley operations from Broome and Derby.
